Information about returns, complaints and your consumer rights.

You have 14 days to return the product from the date of delivery. To start the process, fill in the form below or contact us at info@mocafino.co.uk.

📦 Product returns (withdrawal from contract)

As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from a distance contract without giving a reason within 14 days of receiving the goods.

Conditions for return:

  • The product must be unused, undamaged and in its original packaging
  • Include a copy of the proof of purchase (invoice, order confirmation)
  • Return shipping costs are borne by the customer
  • Return address: NEJKAFE.CZ, V Oblouku 599, 252 43 Průhonice, Czech Republic
Cannot be returned: opened food products, perishable goods, hygiene products with broken packaging.

2You will receive instructions

We will confirm your request and send you return instructions.

3Send the product

Pack the product and send it to V Oblouku 599, Průhonice.

4Refund

We will refund you within 14 days of receiving the product, using the same payment method.

🔧 Complaint (defective product)

If you received a defective or damaged product, you are entitled to a complaint within the statutory warranty period.

Complaint procedure:

  1. Fill in the form below — describe the defect in as much detail as possible
  2. You will receive instructions within 3 business days
  3. The complaint will be resolved within 30 days of receiving the product

The complaint can be resolved by product exchange, repair or refund depending on the nature of the defect.

📝 Return / complaint form

In case of a complaint or damaged shipment, we will ask you to send photos in reply to the email.
