📦 Product returns (withdrawal from contract)
As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from a distance contract without giving a reason within 14 days of receiving the goods.
Conditions for return:
- The product must be unused, undamaged and in its original packaging
- Include a copy of the proof of purchase (invoice, order confirmation)
- Return shipping costs are borne by the customer

We will confirm your request and send you return instructions.
Pack the product and send it to V Oblouku 599, Průhonice.
We will refund you within 14 days of receiving the product, using the same payment method.
🔧 Complaint (defective product)
If you received a defective or damaged product, you are entitled to a complaint within the statutory warranty period.
Complaint procedure:
- Fill in the form below — describe the defect in as much detail as possible
- You will receive instructions within 3 business days
- The complaint will be resolved within 30 days of receiving the product
The complaint can be resolved by product exchange, repair or refund depending on the nature of the defect.
